Time for a staycation! South Austin favorite Green Pastures is debuting a sleek new 63-room boutique inn this month.
Called The Inn at Green Pastures, the three-story hotel features architecture and interiors by award-winning local firm Clayton Korte and includes a private pool, event space, and a restaurant called Henry’s.
The all-day dining concept has bites like hot smoked salmon on an everything bagel, Henry’s Long Dog with green tomato relish and sport peppers, and a Grassfield Farms beef burger with double smash patties and beef tallow steak fries.
Room reservations will be available starting Dec. 12. Keep an eye out for the Bouldin Creek property’s famous peacocks when you go!
